Ravi Shankar’s Spirituality:
1. Meditation is seeing God in you.2. Love is seeing God in the next person.3. Knowledge is seeing God everywhere. Science is knowledge. Science also helps in seeing God. God and science are not different.
Famous quotes of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar:
• Stretching the devotee – God.• Stretching the sound – Music.• Stretching the movement – Dance.• Stretching the Smile – Laughter.• Stretching the mind – Meditation.• Stretching the life – Celebration.• Stretching the emptiness – Bliss.
Sri Ravi shankar prays the God, the Almighty as follows:
Give me not thirst – if you cannot give me water.Don’t give me hunger – if you cannot provide food.Don’t give me good skills – if I cannot put them to good use.

Purpose of our birth on this earth
The purpose of human birth is realized only, when an individual gains spiritual knowledge, which puts an end to rebirth.Self –realization is the ultimate purpose of our existence here and it should be achieved before we leave this world.Liberation is not only the fruit of spiritual quest but also attainment of metal peace and eternal joy, even while living in this world.Remember always- human birth is a rare opportunity given to us by the Almighty, GOD and one should strive to realize this goal in this life, without wasting it just in materialistic pursuits. The first step towards reorienting oneself to this objective is to develop discrimination between what is essential, important and permanent what is not in life. This enables the seeker to remain focused, when his mind is swayed by sensory attractions of this world.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar – random thoughts
These are the random thoughts of Art of Living Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar:What is the purpose of our life in this world? Some live meaning fully in this world while some may live life without purpose.Know yourself, why you have come to this world? What is the role you have to play here? You have come to this world: Not for worrying, not for facing troubles always,Not to scold others, not for exhibiting your egoism, not to feel stress and strain, not to annoy others.you come to know the purpose of your existence here, there is a dramatic change in your mode of living. We are living to know some meaning to our valuable life.Ask yourself why I am not being in happy mood? Why I am getting angry? Why things are not going as I wish? Such type questions make you to look into your inner self. This introspection makes you feel that you now understand something. You are under the illusion that you know everything. But if anybody asks you what you understand about life, no reply comes from you. If a man changes from the state of “that I know all to a state of knows nothing “– it means you are on the path of understanding the meaning of your birth on this earth. It is called the state of enlightenment. If anything is beyond the human knowledge, it indicates it is the divinity. The wonderful thing is –man cannot properly understand his own mind. It is strange to here but true fact. Swamiji advises us to understand the life in the above angle and lead a happy and successful life, by believing in GOD.You don’t know what is happening in your mind which is like a roller coaster- it is a crowd. Our life is a mystery, beautiful, wonderful- so live it happily and peacefully

Significance of Meditation by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
Art of Living foundation chairman Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (Guru of Joy) preached about meditation and its importance in daily life. The goals in life can be realised through a few minutes of meditation and introspection. What is meditation?• Mind without agitation is meditation.• Mind in the present moment is meditation.• There is no hesitation or anticipation while in meditation.• Mind that becomes no mind is meditation.• Meditation is not an act, but it is the art of doing nothing.• The rest you gain in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep.• In Meditation, you transcend all desires.• Meditation is letting “go of anger” from the past and all the planning for future.• Meditation is like the flight to outer space where there is no sunrise or sunset.• Our soul in the body is also like that where there is no ageing. In meditation, everything is calm.

GOD knows what is what on the day of Judgement
No body will escape
For Every action, There is an equal and opposite reaction
So,be good and do good
You shall see, one day GOD!
